msuVision Implementation Employee Notification and Liability

Client warrants and represents that it has notified its employees either directly or through an employee handbook of the possibility of audio taping and video taping of them to evaluate customer service and cleanliness.  Client agrees and acknowledges that it is not the responsibility of MSU to provide such notification to Client’s employees.  Any employee claim of invasion of privacy or infringement of any protected rights, whether statutory or constitutional, shall be the sole responsibility of Client and Client agrees to indemnify for and hold MSU harmless from any such claim.
